When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
I really got into working out when my weight got to about 240lbs. and I really didn't like how I looked or felt. The big thing that got me down was that I would get winded walking a couple flights of stairs. I had quite working out after high school probably because I wasn't playing football any more and I wasn't wrestling either so I didn't really think about it. I hadn't work out from summer of 2000 to Nov. of 2002 when I joined the Army. Was in pretty good shape through out my training, but then I got home and didn't work out again and then I hit the 240lb. mark and I decided that I had to do something and I got a membership at Ballys. The only thing I am missing is a workout partner to push me to my goals. Also if anyone on this site can give advice that would be greatly appreciated. To the people I talk to on here or that have visited my profile thank you for the advice and encouragement it is all been taken in..
Why I Love It:
I like how I feel after words. I like the feeling that I just accomplished something that is good for me. I like the stress releif the burn the way I feel while recovering. I like that my body has already adapted to the new and getting rid of the old. I like that eventually I could compete.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at myself and wanting a toned ripped body. Also looking at some of the people on this site that I have talked to that give me encouragement.
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to be at the weight of 185lbs. and about 12-15% bf. I think thats a good range I don't know though. And to one day maybe look like John Cena from the WWE.

Lift hard to turn the fat I have into muscle and be ripped but also tone.
Goal (Long):
I want to be at 185-190lbs. 12-15%bf Right now according to a online BMI calculator I am at 29.8 so I think i'll go with that. I want toned and defined muscle that I can be proud of and have high self-esteam which I am lacking now. To be able to pass my Army PT test with a score of at least 250pt. I want confidence in myself I don't have that either due to what I believe is my body. I would like to have accomplished this goal within the next 12 months I will say dec. 31st 2008. I think that is an acceptable amount of time.

Hey.... I'm doing okay. I've got some rough stuff happening personally but I'm still kicking butt in the gym. That's my therapy. Hope all is well with you.
The bodyfat has been stubborn to get rid of, but still working at it. Yeah, I starting noticing my XL t's are starting to feel tight. Just the tan ones. The PT's still feel a little loose.
Has a surprise PT test on Friday (day-off) to get my paperwork in so I can go to Phase 1 Bncoc. Passed pass the skin of my teeth and passed my tape the same, gotta start hitting the gym and droppin BF% BAD!
Hope your happy and Happy Holiday, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Almost home here, just not in time for the Holidays, but 2008 is going to a whole new year for me!
