been working hard lately can barely move my arms writing this found out i wont have as much time home as i was supposed to just got recalled out of academic leave good news is that there is a way to get more time so i can finish my degree and that means going to jump school. so right now...

Just checking progess on that Hulk-ness! I just came off a heavy weight/low rep rotation. I ate tons and managed to gain exactly ONE pound. I really am a hardgainer. Oh well..I'll take that pound! Good thing I'm not tall. One pound doesn't stretch far! Lol! Hope the season is treating you well and that things are happy in your corner of the world!

Thanks! I eat 6 times a day..protein at each meal and go low carb around competition time...oh I did I mention cardio (around comp. time, right now I am avoiding cardio:)
