I want to get under 200 pounds and under 15 percent body fat, I am currently 214 and a little over 20 percent body fat.
Goal (Long):
Almost 2 years ago when I started getting serious about the gym, and other than a small layoff to have surgery I have done pretty, well, and now over the last month I started taking my diet more serious. I am about to start the new program tommorow since the Doctor said I am good to lift normal now, I have had a couple surgerys that I cam back from to early and this time I think I did it right. Also over when I started working out I was 230+ pounds and over 30 percent body fat so I think I have done ok, but I just want to improve on that!!!!
