I was getting ready for my deployment to Iraq in January 2007 so I knew that I had to get my body together and stop being a out of shape US ARMY SOLDIER
I learned after being in Iraq and the army that I wanted to become a personal trainer and eventually a IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.

I hear ya bro. You're on your way man. I went through the South Carolina Police Academy. It was a lot of running and defensive tactics and ground fighting so I trimmed down some. Keep on beasting it out bro.

What's good bro? I'm doin good man still hard at it. I went through my 9 weeks of academy training a couple months ago and due to running 5 miles in the mornings I lost around 12 lbs so I'm still in the process of getting that back. How's everything with you bro?
