Thanks for the comment. It's touger to stay in shape when you get older, but it is much more gratifying now also. I have a ways to go to get where yo are. Keep up the fight.

I think the 40's are also. Who would have ever thought when they were 16 that we would be feeling as good as we are at 40+. I know I wouldn't have. Again, you look amazing. Hope last weeks issues on Wall Street didn't make you get to frazzled.

Wow, that is impressive. You don't hear that too often. That takes great patience and knowledge to be confident in what you do in order to be successful in that. Thanks and I do appreciate the kind words. Going home is always a daunting task as it is so easy to get accustomed to this other life we live overseas. But I am transitioning well with the help of great friends. Thanks and take care.

Your english is pretty darn good brother. Although I am not sure what Bizzard means? Have you been down to the National Training Center in Death Valley, California before? I hate that place worse then I hate this place. LOL. Us Infantry guys have to stick together. I started in the Infantry but moved into the Special Forces. Got to love being isolated most of the time. Anyway, take care of yourself and be safe.

I see, much hotter down there. I'm over at Haditha Dam in western Iraq. It's a bit cooler here. But it's all still the sandbox. Nothing much changes right?. Look look great and are very pretty. I think you will make many friends here. I'm getting ready to rotate out but have volunteered to come back soon. I'll be in the green zone this time.
