When I Started:	Feb, 1995
How I Started:	Wife and duaghter died. Got depressed for too long. A 17 year old Mormon kid (stranger) from up the way came to ask how I was doing. Once he realized how bad I was he said I needed to work out and asked if I would go with it him to the gym. I refused but he kept coming back and asking everyday for two weeks. I finally did. Changed my life. God bless that kid.
