This was taken at the same shoot; from this angle I can see the definition beginning to appear in my delts but there was still not a lot of width in the arm - I'm 6ft 2 ectomorph, whaddaya expect lol. My hamstrings were toned and separate from my glutes....as opposed to how they are presently.
Leaning out. Not as bulky as the other week, although I kinda miss the size! My abs are comin' through, muthatrucka! Once I lean out my lower half more, I'll do another bulk.

Back when I was last in training (2004). I was happy with my body but intended to increase my lean mass. Other commitments (work & uni) took over and eventually I stopped training altogether. Now, while I have not gained more than a couple of lbs, I have lost a lot of lean mass.

This was taken at a NYE club appearance. While my arms maintain the same contour when I am not training, I have lost all density, size and become generally softer looking. Still haven't realised I'm getting weaker!

Taken while on a club tour, all definition, size and strength in my arms is gone! Where is my bicep hiding! Somebody call the emergency trainer!!!

Taken from my current website, I have lost quite a lot of definition and size in the upper body and gained fat/lost definition and muscle mass in my legs. My goal is to exceed my 2004 body state. My arms are puny and skinny!

Is that a hint of a bicep?

Okay, so I started my nutritional plan about a week ago and have been working with free weights the last 3 or 4 days. I FINALLY got a gym induction today and managed to get a good workout in - the only thing I'm gutted about is NO SMITH MACHINE! And no barbells :-( Still, it's a pretty good gym with a lot of equipment. It's hard to see any progress yet...I need to find a more recent/clearer pic than the previous one I uploaded

I'm working so hard in the gym and with my diet and my legs are hardly responding. They feel a little harder and my butt cheeks are slowly lifting off the floor but in comparison to the gains in definition in my upper body, I feel like nothing's happening at all. If I do too much cardio, I lose muscle, so I think I'm going to have to make even more severe dietary adjustments. Muthatrucka!

Well, I've not seen a great change in bodyfat (particularly on my lower half) but I can see some growth, yay!

Now I have built up the muscles in my hams and glutes, I'm ready to start cutting and reducing my bodyfat. I have pretty thick legs so I can afford to lose a little muscle, should I need to. My main objective is hanging on to the lean mass on my upper body and calves.

The only pair of jeans that fit me atm! Although I've gained size all over, I do feel in better shape so it's just a case of cutting my fat %
