If I am going to have a dessert (which isn't often), I'll have something good and I won't worry about how healthy it is.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I just started using a crockpot and now make roasts every night which are ready to eat by morning. I use many spices and try different recipes often.

Different sources, mainly the internet and bodybuilding.com.
