My father held the push-up record at the police academy at the time. I was determined to beat him at the age of 14. He showed me a few quick exercises and my body responded very quickly.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a way of life, just like eating or sleeping. I couldn't imagaine it any other way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated has always been easy. I love feeling and looking fit and never want to lose that.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I'm starting my training up for the fall comp season July 7th. So the pics will have to wait for a few weeks after that. I will definitely take that advice.
