It a true story man. She punched me in the eye because I was 20 minutes late for our second date. I was late because I was getting her flowers from this vender. She was waiting for me outside when I showed up and the next think I knew I was on the ground. Then I handed her the flowers and she felt bad and kissed the bruise. Were getting married in 7 months.
Write away!
Yea pretty good thanks, I'm pulling a little over 360 and just got to 275 squat so when I noticed ur goals I thought I'd ask.
Next stop is 400 dead and 300 squat hopefully.
You should get back into squatting and deadlifting again, at ur weight those lifts would be awesome
yeah bent over rows, diff variations of rows, like t-bar rows, lying t-bar rows. Wide grip pull ups, bent over dumbbell rows, behind the neck pulldowns, lat pulldowns
Thanks man. Well to be honest there is nothin special that i do, just the regular back excercies..just take time, and loads of food.
what i do for my back is try and do 12 reps for everything that i do instead of 8-10.
It's great to see a fellow warrior rise from the ashes. We seem to have tread the same path, I'm now in my muscling up phase as well, I gotta be careful thous because I gain pretty quickly and you know how size and strength can get really addicting. Strength and honor!
