Well... final exams, work, and some other stuff... but the the thing is i've come back hehe. I'm going to keep burning fat for a while, 30 more lbs or so, and then add some muscle :)
Hehe, thx again. I left the gym for 2 months but i returned about 2 weeks ago, i'm doing fine, new 4 weeks program, lots of cardio and high rep sets. Fat burning, hell yeah! :) How about you?
part of me honestly thinks i can make it go away on its own, but just looking at my arms is enough to know it won't. my arm had gone down to 9" around when i was sick, now its 15.5 but there's just as much loose skin. When i asked my doctor about it he just said i could try filling the skin in, and it took a lot for me to keep from stabbing him, lol.
definitely thought about surgery... thats my idea of the easy way out. hell, i've even been tempted to just try doing it at home then calling the ER and be like, "well, its already started so you might as well..."
but im too lazy to do that.
I think I am going to try do what you do, get a little notebook and track down all my progress...I think it's the only way to know if we improve or not. The programs you are talking about, what is it? where can I find information on it?
have a good workout in the gym.
as for me, i'm not so sure, i'm getting leaner, i my mid section is getting leaner, I can probably put on a size 29 pant, which I think is crazy. I don't like to slim down too much, I think guy should be at a 30-32 pant size. I've cut down cardio, i do a light jog after workout to relax the muscle.
i'm also paranoid about increasing calories intake. like i said, i haven't done this before, i'm afraid of returning to the big fat stage that i used to be at. as for training, i'm doing it, doing my best making progress every single day.
Probably, because they're professional bodybuilder and through years of practice...you are doing quiet well yourself too, putting on that much lean muscle.
I want more mass, and I was told to continue eating lean protein. I have never bulk before, so I have no idea how it's going to turn out.
I'm not sure how easy I gain weight honestly. I know how fast I can cut but no idea about weight gain. I use the mirror as my guide now. I definitely look bigger but I'm still burning fat so I can't really tell anyways.
Anything over 40 lbs of muscle gain in a year is probably 90-95% due to steroids. There are a lot of guys on bodyspace that say they aren't on roids but you can tell they are.
yeah... the way i see it, i still have fat to lose in there, but overall i am trying to gain weight and eat healthy. my biggest problem is letting myself bulk because i'm still afraid of getting fat again
I can usually do about 5-10 more chin-ups then wide grip pull ups...you're actually using quite a bit of arms with the wide grip pull ups, you might want to hit the bi-ceps more, perhaps throwing in some curls before hitting the wide-grip pull ups...best wishes.
