How I Started:
Ive been lifting since 2006 when i started bulking up more and getting more serious for football. I was a good 210 lbs at 6". After my senior year i decided to try and cut a lot of the bulk i had gained over the years and cut down all the flab. I got on a good diet and added cardio to my workouts and i dropped 30 lbs over the summer! Now I'm just trying to build my strength and look as good as i can.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body tranform and learning how to understand it better. The more I learn, and the more progress I can see, the more I fall in love with this sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading and learning as much as I can, and seeing all the other guys way bigger and stronger that I can learn from.

Fitness modeling would definitely be my ultimate goal, but more importantly I want to look my best, live healthier, and feel as good as I can about myself. My short term goals change frequently, but the main objective of becoming better remains.

So today I knew I was planning on lifting for bi's, tri's, and delts, but have felt some lag in my workouts lately. I usually switch things up every week, but I knew I needed a much bigger change this time around.
