So over the past couple of weeks I've had to change my routine as far as workouts go. I'm still focusing on lots of body weight exercises, but adding more regular running - working on boosting endurance. So far, great results! (I'm starting out small, 1 mile each time) 9th: outside, no hills - 8:33 10th: treadmill - 9:34 13th: outside, no hills - 7:58 16th: treadmill - 8:23 Somehow I'm worse inside than out. lol Oh well. So, I tried using the calipers again today for measuring my BF%. Still have difficulty trying to pinch the tight skin on top of my quads. But, after all was said and done, the reading it gave me was 17.3% Completely Awesome!! Gonna try n get some new pics...
