i want to lose my body fat. my metabolism seems to be pretty shot.i want to gain muscle have a nice defined body but not be huge.
Goal (Long):
ive been training for a bit now trying to lose my weight(around 6 weeks or so)getting frustrated because in this time have nt seen a change.My whole diet has changed for example never used to eat breakfast now i do try to eat more low fat and sugar products.i dont eat late at night like i used to either. im a afternoon shift worker so im hungry when i get home.i dont eat take away much anymore either. By now should have seen some change or am i being to inpatiant.i am taking L carnitine capsules. and whey protien.please help me transform my body
