I was getting tired of always feeling tired and gaining weight faster than i could lose it. So i started to run with a buddy and now we are incorporating weights.

Taken the day i started. as you can see not much to look at.
Well i started today off with three pills instead of the two from yesterday. This time i think i might have found my tolerance point for now. About 30 min after i took them i did start to feel a little sick in my stomach. I read about this so i knew what i needed to do. i made my self a PB and...
That's a great thing that you bought a bike! I've been riding bmx for 6 years, it is great cardio. One of the biggest things about fitness is to always change it up. I know I get tired of doing the samething over and over again, plus your muscles get used to it. So stay motivated and dont give up!

hey man, I just went on leave so I just saw your comment. I haven't been to jungles in a while, I go to the gym at Ft. Myer, it's free there, if you know where Ft. Myer is you could go to the gym there too, it's huge and nice, I actually like it better than jungle,s gym. see ya later man.
pretty good man, I had a killer back workout yesterday! I'm in a bulking phase right now so I've been lifting a lil heavier. But I still running! LOL How your workouts going?
i would tell you to add cardio sessions and perhaps a fat burner to aid in fat loss.I hate cardio,with my soul,but i can see that with the incorporation of it i am making huge progress.Thank you for the advice on my own critiscm,i appreciate it.Any more questions just holla,
You are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks with BFL’s program I believe by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
