bjsis12 it took me 5 years to get where I am and I still work hard at it everyday. food wise, I try to stay away from anything that has wheat flour in it, along with lactose. mostly because I'm lactose intolerant haha but I eat a lot of fruits, vegies, chicken, fish, salads with lemon juice instead of dressing.. cottage cheese is great because it has casein protein in it that helps your muscles repair during your sleep :) hope this helps! bjsis12 hey! I just saw your comment!! when I first decided to lose weight, I was doing a whole bunch of cardio.... like running 20 minutes straight 2 to 3 times a day. and then I started to incorporate the 10 minute work outs from On Demand and p90x into my routines. the slower you start the better, because you wont get too sore to function.
