I weight about 140lbs, most people tell me that I don't look that heavy. I guess because I'm lucky to have good legs. I have gained weight in the past months cause I've been working over 70 hours per week at a desk, so I haven't had time to exercise or to cook my own meals.
My goal is get back to size 4, but maintaning muscle.
I finally decided that working out and stay healthy is as important as making money because without health you don't have nothing

Just stopping by to see how things are going (training and the diet) mines is going good. I started going to the gym twice to day. I did close to 9 miles of cardio between the treadmill and the elliptical. Im moving back to day shift which is good…
Just stopping by to see how things are going. Im starting to go to the gym twice a day, sense I never know when I have to go play army. The diet is coming along good. I just moved into our trailers so once I get my kitchen together I can hit the diet as hard as I hit the gym. What’s up with u?
