Goal (Long):
Still a textbook image of an ectomorph. Will that ever change? People look at me and say I look great, but we are all our biggest critic, I know. I'm definitely more muscular and toned. I'm ready to go for the gold now though. I plan to do my first figure show next summer (Europa in Dallas) at the bittersweet young age of 24. I'm going to spend the rest of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009 bulking. Eat Train Eat Train Eat Train is all I'm going to do. I like the physique of Amanda Savell and Adela Garcia who have much bigger, muscular arms as opposed to the competitors w/ amazing bodies, but smaller toned arms. So it's going to take some extra training and time to acheive. I'm at 15.9% body fat now and am reviewing my goals from last year when I wanted to be 14%. Now I plan to probably pack up another 5% or so for the off season.

Random suggestion: Might want to try some swiss ball exercises for the lower abs to help give you a nicer posture. You've got a lot of curve in your low back and working those muscles will not only give you a leaner look, it'll help prevent back problems in the future. Whatever you've done from pic 1 to pic 2 though already seems to be working because your posture is already starting to look better. Keep it up!
