Wanted to stop smoking and get healthy!
Why I Love It:
Like most people on here working out is a intensely gratifying progress. I love the fact that the hard work i put in, from eating correctly, training hard, and resting manifests itself. I want to achieve a extremely lean, and muscular body. I love the stress relief factor and love being healthy.

View websites of like minded people, read magazines, and view myself in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
Recently stop having refined sugar in drinks (love tea and coffee) and had to become used to hot drinks without the sugars. I stopped eating carbs after lunch and have an extra protein intake with loads of vegs. and water. My goal is to shred the body fat and increase lean muscle. Want bigger over all body. Especially my legs which are my hardest body part to grow !
I am at my current body mass of 180lbs. trying to gain about 20lbs in my legs and upper body, then going to get cut.
like many, legs is my hardest body part to grow. This week (July 17th ) i begin to increas calf weight and overall squat (max thus far: 250LBS on 4reps.)
I just started going to gym at 6:30am in the morning. I highly recommend this. I get my workout done before my workday and the energy i have for my workday is amazing. I hope i am able to maintain this workout rountine, i will keep you posted.

Hey man, how goes it? I'm finally getting back on a reasonable routine (2-3 days of lifting a week). I'll have to work back up to my early summer weights.
Yeah N.O. Explode is a great product, I just finished a cycle of it! Haha if I could I'd drink it just for the taste!!!
