Hey bud,I'm doing well. Back to making gains. At nearly 180, my goal, but know I've got some of it around my stomach! I'll keep gaining until May 1, and then change up routine and diet. You working out, or just working?

Hey bud, Good work dropping that 30's fat and setting good goals. Its harder at 40, but very possible. I'm currently trying to gain 20lbs of muscle -I'm up 18. Who would have thought. Good luck.

Hey its going well. I'm at 178. I'm afraid the last couple of pounds has been at my waiste rather than my arms though. May try to hit 190 before changing routine. I realize I could hide another 10 lbs just on my legs and you'd never notice. Hows it with you?

Welcome to 40+ Rob. From your stats it doesn't look like your in bad shape, just need a tune up. I've got three kids. Its hard but not impossible to get back to fit.
