How I Started:
Last december (2006) I decided that it was either time to get heathly or keep on gaining the weight that i'd been packing on for the past few years. I knew that i had a make some lifestyle choices, and so far, they've been totally worth it.
Why I Love It:
In the past few months i've managed to become fitter, stronger, faster and healthier than i've been since i was in highschool (and i'm almost 30). Staying healthy is my number 1 goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a very good looking girlfriend that is an actress and model. I'd like to keep her as my girlfriend so i have to look better than the people she works with. Its pretty good motivation...
BB Accomplishments:
Since december 2006 (its now august 2007) i've dropped about 40 lbs of fat and gained about 10 lbs of muscle. In order to do this, i've altered my eating habbits, joined a gym (and get there five times a week) and have started taking yoga.
I'm looking to add about 15-20lbs of muscle to my frame while dropping from 11% to 7% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
Last December i decided it was time to either get in shape or keep getting fat. I've spent the last 8 months working hard to lose the fat (about 40lbs lost so far) but now i'd like to add muscle to my frame. I've never been particularly strong (fast, but not strong) and i'd aiming to change that. Within the next 12 months i'd like to add about 20lbs of muscle to my frame while droping just a bit more body fat.
