How I Started:
I was skinny all my life, I got sick, and got over it. I started living my dream when I started working out
Why I Love It:
It helps me to get rid of my frustrations, makes me feel more confident, and obviously the pump. I am more confident now, and can look people in the eye.
How I Stay Motivated:
Insppiration is everywhere, not only in the people on bodyspace and in your gym, you just have to pick yourself up and start working at it
I was sick again for a couple of weeks, and my weight didn't change, While i'm working out though it fluctuates a bit too much, and its going in the wrong direction (its going down). Why, when i'm sick, doesnt my weight change, and when i'm healthy and able to go to gym again my charts...
well do you eat the same thing everyday? and the same amount of water? .. if not, then ofcourse your weight is going to be diffrent every day... but if your losing, then eat more! there is nothing to it.. calories in vs. Calories out... Need to eat more!!!
