Workout Program:
Hiring a reputable trainer was one of the best things I have done. He has provided clarity and focus and helped me set reasonable goals. I am currently on a Volume and Density program that is comprised of two routines of three exercises each. For each exercise I do ten sets of 8-10 reps paying close attention to proper form. I rest 90 seconds between sets. I have been able to see consistent increases in weight and reps at each training session which keeps me focused constantly striving to better my previous attempts.
