Always slender, I started gaining weight in my early 40's. Sporadically trained for several years. After minor surgery this summer and limited activity, a picture of me on the beach made me take note of my physical condition. Started regular exercise and diet changes and am beginning to see some results.
Why I Love It:
Energy levels are up, clothes fit better, and a general sense of well-being. I have to be honest and say the "pump" is addictive.

From the photos, it's hard to believe that you are 61. I cant imagine me in a Speedo at my age without someone filing charges. You look great. Do you have any pics from '08?
