Always slender, I started gaining weight in my early 40's. Sporadically trained for several years. After minor surgery this summer and limited activity, a picture of me on the beach made me take note of my physical condition. Started regular exercise and diet changes and am beginning to see some results.
Why I Love It:
Energy levels are up, clothes fit better, and a general sense of well-being. I have to be honest and say the "pump" is addictive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Positive comments from wife and what I see in the mirror!
While I did not get a six-pack for my 60th birthday, I did achieve a smaller waist (loss of 3.5 inches) and 12% bodyfat!
Goal (Long):
The last four months have revealed changes I never thought I would see. Now that I know my body can still change for the better, I am excited over my future transformation!

Day One: Legs, abs
Day Two: Cardio (running on a treadmill followed by abs)
Day Three: Chest and Back
Day Four: Cardio (treadmill or rowing followed by abs)

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
