im so skinny since i was kis, i love sports,and personal defence sportsbut i need strenght to make sports.
And i saw this page and i want to make me strenght ,huge,like a bodybuilder adding that i want to be a model or have a body like a model

For abs I started out just doing crunches and it gave me a decent set of them. Then I started addeding some bicycles and reverse crunches in. The most important thing for abs is diet. You won't have any problems with tht tho since you have a high motabolism. And for arms train your triceps ! tht will make your arms bigger and faster

Well, my results aren't as good as I would like but it is because I'm not constant and at the same time because I'm not working on a gym. So, my advice is to be constant, because if you train regularly you'll reach your goal without any problems. Good luck!
