When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

im so skinny since i was kis, i love sports,and personal defence sportsbut i need strenght to make sports. And i saw this page and i want to make me strenght ,huge,like a bodybuilder adding that i want to be a model or have a body like a model

WHY I LOVE IT:

the results,gain some muscle

doctordude It took me four years to gain 10kg. I'm sure I could have done it faster, but I wouldn't have stayed lean. I've been stuck at my current weight for a few months now; forcing myself to eat more is difficult for me. Oct 3, 2011 6:02am

Rico162 Kid, you are just a late blommer. Its ok cause if you get started on BB training and are seriously consistent, you are going to make some oustanding progresss.
