Being in shape has always been a big priority for me. Growing up I was involved in soccer, baseball, wrestling, and rugby so working out was a must. Once after basic I continued working out.

Its practical and I appreciate it very much.

I usually wear a T-shirt and sweat bottoms, because thats what I feel comfortable in.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The pros of working out at the gym is that theres a lot more weight to handle and numerous amounts of machines to work out your muscle groups. You also have the safeguard of a lifting buddy. As for cons, well, overdoing can be one, also heavier equipment and the risk of getting hurt is greater.
