Yes breaks are always nice....ha ha ha
How do you stay focus? I have a hard time with my cravings and the numbers. If I don't drop weight it brings me in "why am I doing this for?" mode, and cravings are very strong...some days more then others.

Hello Ms KL Texas!!!!! I took some time off from training, but I am back at it, and loving it. I started with scivation team, and I am hoping I can get some what looking as amazing as you do.......No carbs seems to be working so far. How are you doing? I don't have to ask about your training......You look great!!!!
