I understand! I had to forget about the scale a loooong time ago. I reufse to weighh myself & I only concentrate on how my clothes feel. My diet coach weighs me 1x/month so I leave that up to him. Yes, cravings are tough...just keep your "eye on the prize"...that's really the only way I stay focused...b/c I know I'll feel like crap later-haha!

I am doing great!!! Summer is always awesome. I have been doing a lot of cardio and this weekend I broke myself off real good. I ran another half-marathon yesterday and I cut 14 mins off my time. How are you doing? You are looking great!! How is summer in AZ?
