My current 90 day challenge is to get down to 25% body fat with an estimated loss of 30 lbs. and train for my first competition. Have an inspirational physique & having my success story featured in Oxygen magazine would be a dream come true!
araep6 April 15th check in stats for a 2 week period: Down 7 lbs. Lost 8.1 lbs of fat. Dropped 3.16% BF. Gained 1.1 lean muscle LOVE.IT. :)
