I lift weights 5 days a week with minimal cardio (2-3x a week). My cardio of choice would be HIIT for 20-30 minutes somedays the stairmill.

(www.rockyour-body.com) I eat clean non processed foods and vi-shape shakes/baked goods. 5-6 meals a day, sometimes 7. It depends on how long my day is. I always kick my day off with Vi-shape protein pancakes...

araep6 April 15th check in stats for a 2 week period: Down 7 lbs. Lost 8.1 lbs of fat. Dropped 3.16% BF. Gained 1.1 lean muscle LOVE.IT. :)
