When I Started: Aug, 2005
How I Started: My dad got me into the training. I always wanted to get bigger, strong, and faster, and I watched my dad workout one day, then it just took off from there
Why I Love It: I love the Intense Workouts and the feeling of getting in the gym adding weight and getting stronger, bigger, and faster, because of determination and all the work I put into it
How I Stay Motivated: I follow my three idols... My Dad, WWE Superstar Dave Batista, and Bodybuilder David Henry and Johnnie Jackson. My Dad because of him I'm here and hes been the best I could ask for. Batista because hes the best wrestler ever, and is hardworking, and is a great role model to me. Finally David Henry and Johnnie Jackson who show that you get what you put into you work, and that with hardwork you can achieve your dreams.
BB Accomplishments: My major Bodybuilding Accomplishments is losing 52 pounds of fat and gaining about 30 pounds back in muscle in about 2 years.

What's up Ryan. How's your progress in bodybuilding going for you man? Right now I'm only going to the gym 4 days a week now because of other things like rockclimbing and medieval sword fighting, but at least those are activities I can do to keep my body in check. Thanks.

Yeah I have to agree with Robert. My 2 cents, if I were you I would focus harder on definition. The size you are is good. Like I said it's just my 2 cents. I would focus more now on just definition. That's one thing I am going to look out for as I work out cause sometimes ppl focus just on how big.

Ryan, Don't worry about Size, just gain lean muscle mass, it look's better. Just be patient "grasshopper" and your day will come when you will get there. Work hard, stay ripped, and stay natural. Are you a Tiger fan? Good luck.

Great work Ryan. you should be very proud. You remind me of myself at your age.You have are very lucky to have had the support you do. I grew up in New Orleans, DeLaSalle'70, Tulane'74. I wanted to do what you have but instead of support I was laughed. Other kids were bad enough but when adults that are suppose to help give you shit for wanting what you did is crushing. It wasn't until I was own that I got there. Again great work! Rob
