I always was fascinated by body builders, as a Kid I loved the mean and lean look of Stallone in Rocky Movies..!!
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
Since I ve been at the gym for 7 weeks only..after a gap of 4 years and covering my body with loads of fat over the years; I am 34 years old now and was in shape once in 2000-2002, ever since than I left body building i junked out lived a an average guyz daily routine life with no motivation to get back in shape, now that me and my wife expect our first baby by Feb, I found this new vigour to get in shape and stay fit and like a role model for my kid, I mean Iam 34 now, so I ll have to be fighting fit to enjoy life wiwth our new born.. So folks I decided on 25-10-2008 that there is no turnin back I will get back in shredded and contest shape [ even though I never intend to compete] but Iam hitting it and dieting , and supplementing with this intensity each day since my past 7 weeks, so far I have droped 18 lbs in 6 weeks Iam 88kg from 96kg. So thanks so much for this site and all you wonder people who are doin it every day and keeping each other motivated..
I shall post my pics of progress soon, { just a bit Shy still to put them on as I dont look that good still.]

hi every one, today was my 3rd day atthe gym after a break of 4 weeks due to rotator cuff injury..now iam all stiff every bone and muscle is aching..:) but I know that feelin we all do..its fresh blood goin back in those muscles..man i did chest and tri today..so lets keep at it.. ihave...

Yeah that sounds good for your preworkout meal. Do you have sweet potatoes there? There are higher in protein and also digest in a way that builds muscle more than going to fat so better than normal potatoes. KEEP GOING!!!
Hello, thanks for all the motivating compliments! I took a good look at the progress pics and yes you are definitely on the way! You should be proud of your progress. With your physique type, as you build muscle you will find it easier to get leaner and from there the only way is up and stronger! Good idea re the diet change, at this point you can afford to control your carbs more strategically. Keep going and keep me posted!!!
I have heard good things about Lipo6, so I think u chose the right one! I dont know much about that stuff, I cant take anything with a booster, no caffiene of any sort! So try it out, be careful, u'll get the jitters and watch out when u take em or ur up alllll freakin night!! Keep me posted! Have a rockin week!
