Yep, weather, and lack of great, accessible beaches like perth's. Pretty much work reasons, living near the city. I dont train often here but will definitely do another cutting regime before summer. Anyway thanks for the praise man, train hard :-)

Haha cool man. I must say Im not at the same level right now since ive moved to melbourne (from perth) but maintain good habits, and its always good to know that If you have attained a physical condition, you can do it again, and then beat it.
Remember your body is still developing and what you've done so far surpasses 99% of natural trainers at your age, so keep at it..

Hey yeah no worries... At the moment im doing about 10-12 reps, and 15 or so for lighter isolation sets. Doing weights 4-5 times a week, cardio 5-6 times a week.. usually 20-40 mins for a morning session or 15-20 minutes after weights.

Yep, bench press is best for bigger chest. I also like incline dumbell press. But that pic was a long time ago which goes to show how long it takes for results sometimes... on the other hand ur making pretty fast progress! all the best.

At the moment its about 45% protein, 35% carbs, and 15% fats... but i have TWO high-carb days a week (cycling) where i switch that ratio on carb/protein with slightly more calories overall.
