How I Started:
I have been lifting on and off for about 15 monthes but I have made a commitment over the last 12 monthes and I have not missed many workouts.
Why I Love It:
It gives me time to reflect on what God has done for me. I can see the progress I make every week. I was in a bad relationship and I did not have the time to work out so now that I have put dedicated my self to getting fit I have lost 63 pounds in 18 monthes and now that I have been adding Power Lifting to my regiment I can see a dynamic chang in the way I look. The weight loss has slowed down because the muscle I have been adding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be around to see my Kids have kids. Hopefully they wait about 15 more years because they are only 12, 13, and 14. I know that I need to stay fit so I can have a long happy life.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I am close to hitting 1000 pound combined lift Bench, Squat, and Dead Lift. That may not be much to some people but to me and only lifting for 1 year I am happy with this start.

I like it I have been trying to stick to a good keto diet. I have lost 7 pound in 2 weeks and I feel great. My workouts are sort of up and down not bad but not perfect I benched 340 7 days ago and could have lifted 350 then 3 days ago I had to have my spotter help me at 325 but the weight...

Thanks. Saw a lot of others putting out lousy videos and figured I'd take some on my own. They are really good as far as getting to see form and where tweaks can be made to improve lifts.
oh and welcome to the SITE! overall we are a good bunch but some people aka "trolls" go around trying to discourage you and put you down... they are quickly put in the "red" and then banned... :) a good system i may say! anyways, please don't hesitate to post on the forum or even start a journal besides your blog... :) GOOD LUCK!!
