Ive been involved in sports my whole life all the way to the Semi-Pro level and being in shape was always a priority. I always noticed myself not to only be taller but slightly bigger than everyone else.
Why I Love It:
I really love seeing the changes in my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
If i dont stay in shape my body lets me know and all my joints start hurting but other than that i just like to look good and feel good..
