How I Started:
I got started working out in high school. I was a 3 sport athlete. My track coach made it manditory for all triple and long jumpers to lift weights. I've been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out becasue it relaxes me. I can't live without it.

I look at pictures of fitness models that I admire.
