How I Started:
I've actually always been pretty active, but since having my baby, I REALLY want to regain my figure and to look even better than I did before.
Why I Love It:
I like pushing myself as far as I can and then pushing just a little bit further...it gives me an outlet for my stress and frustration.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and not liking what I see. Looking at my beautiful baby girl and knowing I want her to be proud of who her mommy is and how her mommy looks. (I dont want to be the overweight, out of shape mom) Seeing the profiles of other women my age who are in phenomenal and peak physical shape after having children is also a great inspiration. Talking to and getting advice from other members of bodyspace.

I want to regain my abs/V-line, tighten and tone my butt, drop body fat, and increase my cardio. TIME TO GET SERIOUS!!!
Goal (Long):
I want to lose bodyfat percentage as well as toning muscle. My baby girl was born on Sept 19, 2009. Now comes the hard work and dedication even though I'm getting very little rest. I realize that getting into peak physical shape after having a baby is difficult, yet it is not unattainable. I feel that as a parent, it is my responsibility to raise my daughter to know what good eating habits and physical fitness are from a young age. If I am a fit and healthy mom, then my daughter will be a healthy child who will appreciate a healthy lifestyle. I know that with my own personal motivation to leading a better lifestyle, I can and will be a good example for my daughter. I am also studying for my personal trainer's certification, which will give me a boost in achieving my goals.
she has been busting her butt to get into fantastic shape following a pregnancy and has been journaling it for the world to see that it can be done. she looks phenomenal!!!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Alicia Moore aka Pink...she has a great body...i love her midsection...she has a great v-line and six pack...

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I'm currently working out with my boyfriend. I like the way he pushes me to go just a little farther, a little harder with each rep. I know I dont go nearly as hard when I work out alone. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
i didnt have a solid workout plan...was unsure of how to properly work my body out, had horrible eating habits, wasnt do the excercises correctly
let me start this off by saying that my motivation has been running real low lately...i can give any and every excuse and its just not gonna ever be good enough...trust me...no one can beat me up better than i can...i am trying to figure out how to be a mother to an infant, a supportive...
thank you soooooooo much for that comment to my blog. That meant the WORLD to me & I mean it. You were right in all of it. I NOW accept it but it took tooo long to get to that point. Good luck to you in all of your goals. I see you are in NC too. if you ever want to train together, let me know. Ill be there. I go to diff gyms all the time all over NC & do that.
