About 205 lbs. I wasn't working out (just a jog here and there)and was eating whatever I wanted in large amounts. I was in a rocky relationship and gained about 60 lbs. in it.I wanted to change, but lacked the discipline.
139-140 lbs. I've lost about 5 lbs.but my legs look bigger in this pic. I think it's just the pose. Everything is fitting looser and I feel better :)

210 lbs. I think is me at my heavist pre-pregnancy (meaning NO excuse!!!). Me, my sis and my bf in Mexico. Still eating whatever and not exercising yet, but I was really wanting to make a change. I exercised, but sporadically and rarely.

197 lbs. I think I may have started TRYING to eat right here and jog a little. This is where I made my commitment to change. It was around my birthday. I asked for Power 90 for my birthday. I used it, along with jogging at first.

170 lbs. or so I was very committed, but slowly losing the weight. I remember that I was COMPLETELY committed to working out here. I didn't let anything stop my workouts - even jogged out in the rain in very cold weather. I was determined.

150 lbs. I was completely consistent with the workouts. I was using Power 90 along with jogging, but my problem was that I was not adding any variation so I'd hit a pleateau. I got upset and developed an eating disorder around this time - I'd eat less than 1,000 calories a day sometimes, or binge like crazy. My friend (to the left) had the same problem.

160 lbs. I started packing on the lbs. bc I was still dealing with the bulimia. I'd actually quit it little by little, but the binging didn't stop. I was working out every week, but not completely consistently.

180+ lbs. This is a pic of my ex husband and me with our baby. I was watching the diet and I believe I'd started exercising by this point. I started out walking and slowly progressed to jogging and light weightlifting.

143-145 lbs. Though you can't see from the pic, I have toned up a bit since turning it up a notch back in May. I just need to get a strong hold on the unhealthy eating at night and on the weekends!

145 lbs. Little progress. I toned up a little more, but thanks to my BAD diet, I have not really gone as far as I'd like to. REALLY cleaning up the diet from here on out! I found a buddy to help me so let's see... :D
