I wasn't working out (just a jog here and there)and was eating whatever I wanted in large amounts. I was in a rocky relationship and gained about 60 lbs. in it.I wanted to change, but lacked the discipline.

I was very committed, but slowly losing the weight. I remember that I was COMPLETELY committed to working out here. I didn't let anything stop my workouts - even jogged out in the rain in very cold weather. I was determined.

I was completely consistent with the workouts. I was using Power 90 along with jogging, but my problem was that I was not adding any variation so I'd hit a pleateau. I got upset and developed an eating disorder around this time - I'd eat less than 1,000 calories a day sometimes, or binge like crazy. My friend (to the left) had the same problem.

Little progress. I toned up a little more, but thanks to my BAD diet, I have not really gone as far as I'd like to. REALLY cleaning up the diet from here on out! I found a buddy to help me so let's see... :D
