When I Started:
Apr, 2003
How I Started:
I got out of a relationship and was depressed. I'd gained 60 lbs. during this relationship and decided it was time to change and get my mind on something else.
Why I Love It:
It helps me feel better mentally and physically. It helps me feel more confident and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out isn't tough for me because I love it so much. I'd live at the gym if I could! I DO, however, get bored with cardio machines, so I teach and take aerobic classes. I weight train in both classes and on my own, depending on if I need change...
BB Accomplishments:
I have never achieved the body of a bodybuilder, but I have gained a large amount of muscle vs. what I used to have, or NOT have, rather, in the past.

About 205 lbs. I wasn't working out (just a jog here and there)and was eating whatever I wanted in large amounts. I was in a rocky relationship and gained about 60 lbs. in it.I wanted to change, but lacked the discipline.
139-140 lbs. I've lost about 5 lbs.but my legs look bigger in this pic. I think it's just the pose. Everything is fitting looser and I feel better :)

Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
I want to eat right consistently to reach my goals!
Goal (Long):
I don't have a problem with working out, but my diet needs a huge overhaul. I do pretty well on the weekdays, but once the weekend comes around, I'm like a vaccuum. I eat everything in sight! I'd like to overcome this obstacle b/c I know it's the only thing preventing me from reaching my goals. What's the use of working out so hard when I am going to sabotage all of my efforts on the weekend. It needs to stop!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

i love this chick's attitude. she has a "just suck it up, there's no easy way out" attitude and she's right on! losing weight, looking great, having that tight body takes hard work, commitment and it's no where near easy. she looks amazing.

i haven't posted in a while due to the fact that so much was going on. i can't believe 2 months has flown by that quickly! geez. i can admittingly say that i kinda feel off the bandwagon for a bit, but only as far as my eating is concerned. i did, however, turn it up with the working out and...

thanks, I started doing cardio and weights in 2007, I lost 23 lbs. but then I got cancer, and I lost a pregnancy after that, after being depressed about all of this, I decided is time to get back on track again, and its time to lose that pregnancy xtra weight, I just dont know if I should start doing just cardio until I lose at least 30 lbs, or if I should add the weights right away, any recommendation? well, take care, you really transformed your body, congrats,bye...
