How I Started:
Plain and simply, I was just tired of how I looked and felt.
A few years back I did a Ketogenic, high-protein diet and lost about 70lbs. Unfortunately I let the sloth in me come back out, and I gained about 40lbs of that back.
Now I'm back and ready for a fight... a "fight for my life!"
Why I Love It:
Keeping my body in motion, and constantly moving forward is an exhilarating feeling! It doesn't matter if I'm lifting, running, or just hitting the heavy bag... Getting healthy feels great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, it's hard. I just have to push myself and keep focusing on the mini-goals that I set.

I want to get down to 235 or less, and start building some serious mass. I'm not a huge fan of the "Arnold" look, but I wouldn't mind getting rid of my chest-fat and nap-sack stomach. When my abs and pelvic region are level, I'll be happy. lol
