How I Started:
I was a fat kid during middle school, junior high and the first two years of high school. I played baseball and golf in high School. I saw my golf team picture after my junior year and i decided i needed to lose weight. Unfortunately I didnt lift at all while i was running 6 miles everyday of the week and lost a ton of muscle. I also developed a pretty bad eating disorder that took my weight from 196 to 140 lbs and caused me alot of personal problems. I still am dealing with my eating disorder but I am getting better about things.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have after working out, the increased energy I get and the confidence I have gained.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pictures and promising myself to not go back to an of my phases.

My progress is pretty good. My diet is my main struggle. It's all over the place, but it is still better than it was before I started logging everything. I am Getting stronger and feel like I'm making progress physique-wise, too. I may post some progress pics this weekend, but we'll see...

you know what helped me even began to squat was i started with the exercise doing wall squats with dumbells but i wasnt going all the way down and next thing i knew my quads were strong enough to start going down a little further i was shocked
