Do you squat? If not you should be! My number one rule when it comes too squatting is go deep or go home, If you don’t go deep, you will continue to make shallow gains in strength. Squatting deep will increase strength and power of your glutes and hamstrings; no one likes to see 25% squatters. I’ve got a unique burnout exercise for the end of your bicep session. After you’ve finished your arm session and really want to leave your biceps screaming, sit down on the seated rowing machine and instead of the typical overhand grip go with an underhand grip. Every time you pull the bar toward you I want you to perform a strict curl, performing it on the rower gives you a crazy pump!
