The same way most do: A concrete filled weight set for Christmas many years ago.
Why I Love It:
It's just you and the iron. It doesnt matter if someone can out bench me (someone somewhere always will) as I have matured over the years and know the battle with the iron isnt me against the iron...its me and the iron against myself. Making me the best "ME" I can is what I do..
How I Stay Motivated:
Being able to outperform my previous best is a huge boost. I also working out with a variety of people which is a nice change. Finally, I train with alot of people younger than me and to be able to do that I know I have to be doing my best.

The end is near...the end of the year that is. I have reviewed my goals that I had set for this year and fell horribly short. I have been swamped at work and family has taken up the remaining time. I have lost my focus on MY conditioning which I have reset as a priority.

yea diabetes sucks. Ive had it for so long now im just used to it. and i use it to my advantage. it forces to keep my diet in check and eat healthy plus getting that post workout insulin spike!
