Three years ago I herniated a cervical disc.... I suffered serious nerve damage resulting in loss of size and strength in my right arm.  Not slowing down, I herniated the next disc up in my neck the very next year.  Slightly less damage to the left side of my body.  I am three years later still seeing a serious lack of strength and muscular imbalance.  I am not sure if I will ever recover from the injury.

It's not about how many plates you pile on or how loud you can grunt between reps. It's definetly not about the clothes.  It's about you and the weight.  Moving it. It's an all out war.  You make no room for excuses. Intensity. Dedication. Drive. These are the words you live by. Nothing gets in the way of training. Not bad weather, a girlfriend, or a lack of clean shirts.  Being an Animal is more than just training: It's a way of life. It's the only thing you know.
