What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If you don't grunt a little sometimes, you're not working hard enough. The guys who scream for effect make me laugh.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Sweat Suit. Keeps your joints warm, you're not showing off, you can take off the top layer if you get too hot. People who dress fancy for the gym are trying too hard to impress people they don't know. Whats with the chicks who wear all the eye shadow in the gym? They think they look good but if they do any work at all it ends up running and they look stupid (didn't you know that would happen) and next week they do it again. Puzzling.Sweat Suit. It is ok. I really makes me sweat, I know that for sure. I normally take only one, right before I work out. That it. Just trying it out. Never used NO. I am truly a rookie, trying to understand this new hobby/sport/passion....lol.... thanks for the inquiry tho.....
take care.
Superpump takes the cake over NoXplode.. :) This is my 5th tub of it if that says anything;) I've used NOxplode once and nothing happened.. and the first time i used Superpump- I felt it immediately.. i really love the stuff..
if you have more questions about it ask MsFitness on here:)
