Overall Goal: Be in the best physical shape of my life by my 50th B-day including stamina, strength and physique. I will be at least 150# at 9% bodyfat and be able to see my abs.

It makes me feel good. It improves my ability to perform my work and gives me more energy and stamina for the rest of my life. It helps me to achieve personal goals and give me something to work at over the long haul. It's a hobby.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I don't stay at it, I can feel the decline and That's motivating.

Goal (Long):
I'd like to be about 150 lbs at 9% bodyfat, have a 44 inch chest, 30 inch waist, 16 " biceps and 21 " thighs. I'd like to be able to run 11 min miles for a 10 K.
