Monday, 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps of 8-10 different arm workouts.
Wednesday, 3 sets of 20-30 reps of 3-4 ab exercises.
Friday, 2-3 sets of 10-30 reps of 10 different chest workouts.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are lower body. Saturday I focus on cardiovascular fitness.
