I would like to loose weight in my tummy area and find the correct exercise to define my body's best attributes! I want big arms and a tight stomach. I would like to build my obliques! I want cuts in my arms, back and shoulders. I want to gain muscle everywhere and define everything! I don't want to compete or anything. Hey, I am exhausted from weightlifting today. I still have a long way to go to improve my weightlifting. I mostly do cardio. Do you concentrate on weightlifting or do concentrate on cardio?
I am happy to see another fellow Canadian here at BB.com. You need to follow the same procedure to gain muscle as those wishing to lose fat and that is eating 5 to 6 small, clean, healthy meals a day (2 or 3 can be protein shakes), work out with weights 3-4-5 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. By doing this you provide your body with all the nutrients and protein needed to grow the muscles that you are working so hard to create. I look forward to watching your progress.
