I just recently became very aware of how sick i was getting of being fat! last week i promised my body i wouldnt spend one more summer fat! I was tired of being chubby and am looking forward to getting the body i want. I am done being chubby, I am really looking forward to losing my weight, healthy eating!! AND GETTING RIPPED!!!!!
Why I Love It:
you know that instant Endorphine high you get when you pump the weight as hard as you can as a bead of sweat rolls down your forehead? you know you just lifted over half the amount of weight you challenged yourself initially to handle?!!!! mind over matter!
How I Stay Motivated:
right now, just enjoying the rush i get from working out

Well what i want is it have really big arms, a nice stomach, OBLIQUES OBLIQUES OBLIQUES are my number one thing, i want them sooo badllyyy!!!!!!!!!!

Goal (Long):
I would like to loose weight in my tummy area and find a healthy diet to define my body! I want big arms and a tight aby stomach. I really want to build my obliques and have been trying to find exercises to do so! I want cuts in my arms, back and shoulders and want to be extremely strong. I want to gain muscle everywhere and define everything! I don't want to compete or anything. I want to have a wicked body where people just kinda stop and stare at how fit i am! i am completely determined and ready to take on any information any one can give me to help me through!....Thanks for reading, eat well and be well!

I am happy to see another fellow Canadian here at BB.com. You need to follow the same procedure to gain muscle as those wishing to lose fat and that is eating 5 to 6 small, clean, healthy meals a day (2 or 3 can be protein shakes), work out with weights 3-4-5 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. By doing this you provide your body with all the nutrients and protein needed to grow the muscles that you are working so hard to create. I look forward to watching your progress.
