Overall Goal: Gain muscle and get lean, of course. I would also like to increase my flexibility. I want to be able to do the splits, no specific time frame set yet.
Fit Status:
My shoulder started hurting Thursday. Not sure what I did. May have to take focus on legs for a while.
Got a job where lunch is catered. Unhealthy food and desserts just about every day. Within a year I gained 7lbs to reach 152 (the heaviest I've ever been). This made me extremely unhappy. Hit the gym. Dropped to 143.
Why I Love It:
I've always been health oriented. Lifting is a step above. It's a proactive way to maintain health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it. It makes me feel good. I miss it when I can't make it in. My gains in strength and cardio endurance make me want to do and be better.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropped a little over 7lb my first month. Hoping to be able to keep a strong momentum.

ouch! I have quite a few co-workers who can work some magic in the kitchen..nothing like walking into the breakroom in the morning to find multiple baked goodies lurking. Fortunately I typically avoid it - although I will admit I've been a little more lenient since it's the holidays.
Thank you for the add also. Good mexican food is a weakness for me too. Now that the holiday's are here everyone is dropping their leftover cakes/cookies/candied goodies in the breakroom. That's a test in willpower some days for sure!
