I'm going to follow the exercises which "Genetic-Beast" recommended me yesterday. The exercises are: Squads, Push Ups (wide, close grid), Pull Ups (palms up, down) ans crunches. Do you think is a great programm to follow?

'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?

bro, if you stay away from white sugar, salt and white flour- you will be alright. High Intensity training and the proper amount of protein will do you good.
