ya but he did 9 reps for 600lbs with no belt or knee wraps...i had a belt and knee wraps and i only did 560lbs for 1 thats my max...9 reps thats crazy but im like 6'1 he looked alot shorter so it shoulda been easier for him to go parallel

Yeah bro, you lookin solid already. It'll probably take alot for you to gain size and keep it. Depending on what sport, you might not want to get too big unless you work really hard at stayin quick also.
