New Year's Resoluation for 2006 and have been addicted ever since!

It relieves stress after a long day at work. To see the look on people's faces that haven't seen me since high school.

thanks man, im working hard, the hard part is trying to stay lean. u wouldnt believe i havent did cardio in months. yeah im getting my arm sleeve finished next week. cant wait, tattoos are my addiction.
I was aiming for 220 and I''ve actually hit that weight. I only have about 2 more weeks left on the bulking...then it's get lean time. NOt going to come down too fast...just fast enough to be ready for an early contest...march or april.
When you're up on stage, you're in your zone and can't see anyone out in the audence...because of the lighting. Oh I feel ya about the getting up on stage almost naked...lol. That's was frieghtening the first time...lol. But after being up there for a 1 minute, you'll get over that real fast. Now...it doesn't bother me at all, but It bothers people around me. I qet questions like "how can u get up there and do that in that in those"...lol
I've put on some nice size over the last couple of months. I'm going to keep this going until the end of the year perhaps. Like you, I don't want to get to fat...but I like the bulk. I hope it will look good on me after taking it off. When are u going to compete next year?
hey man. I do tons and tons of circuits for cardio, so alot of full body worksouts. check out my blog, it will give you a good idea. Also, I do 20-30 mins of interval training on the eliptical or treadmill as other options.
I didn't last year, but this off season, I don't plan on gaining more than 10 lbs from my contest weight...clean bulk is the plan...what does your diet look like?
To get lean, I normally will do 5 - 7 days a week, once you get lean, then you can probably cut to 3 - 4 days a week. I usually just walk for 45 - 60 minutes or do intervals for 20 - 30 minutes.....how much and what type of cardio are you currently doing?
Nah man. No tatts in the future. Just going to put the finishing touches on my one sleeve and leave it be. It definitely does hide definition, unfortunately.
