Hi socks! Thanks for checking in! Thanks-I'm finally feeling almost back to normal, started running and that's helping melt away some of the fat! So glad your ribs are healing, I'm sure you'll be hitting it hard now! I'll be checking in on how your doing now that your back!

Going great, thanks for asking. It's actually a bit slow, but gotta keep going even when it's slow. My goal for May is to get to 132. Ok-I've said it, now I have to do it! How's Power 90 going?

Oh man-you know, the yoga DVD is the hardest workout for me-I think I got lucky on that one and then collapsed soon after! :)

True-LOL. You know, I mainly work out at home now, but try to go to the gym as often as possible. Once my son get's older, it'll be a lot easier :)
